Communicare Clinical Lead and UX/UI Designer are now ready to do another round of focus groups to get your input on their UI / UX design direction. To date, they have completed comprehensive detailed designs and development of the following functional areas:
- Patient Search and Quick View
- Patient File – Personal Information (Biographics)
- Appointments
- Patient Flow (Service Recordings)
The way they will execute this is by sending you an overview of the designs ahead of the focus groups, followed by Web sessions for smaller groups. Once that is done, they will give you access to their clickable prototypes so you can get a better feel for how it will work. As soon as they have a feature reasonably complete, they plan to give you access to their cloud based demo environment.
Next cabs off the rank are health summary (patient snapshot) and health record (clinical record), which they plan to have ready for review in Q4 2016. Please note that they anticipate they will be requesting more frequent input and collaboration from you now they are on a roll. Once you have the basics and understand the direction, they anticipate that they can have a more informal conversation online in some way.
