Aimon comes with 17 years’ experience working with Aboriginal Community Controlled Sector in diverse levels and programs.

She has been in the Northern Territory and started her career in the health sector working and living in the remote Aboriginal Community of Elcho Island for 3 years, before moving to Darwin and joining AMSANT. She brings extensive skills in administrative and continue quality improvement value.

Her passion in the Aboriginal health sector has motivated her to complete a Post Grad Certificate in Health Industry Management and encouraged her to work hard to pursue new challenges in the sector. She understands the importance of the complexities of social determinants (of health) that impact in Aboriginal Health, particularly in the SEWB / AOD / Mental Health space, she also understand well of the challenges affecting the Government and Aboriginal Controlled Health Sectors.

She believes and value work that AMSANT do and always excited to be part of the SEWB team.
